Account basics. When you register we store your name, email address and password (securely hashed). We may store basic payment records when you enroll in a paid program.
Technical data. We collect standard web analytics — pages visited, device type, approximate region and the currency preference you saved in your browser. This helps us understand what education content is most useful.
Communication. If you contact us or join a webinar, we keep the messages needed to help you (e.g. your email and the content of your enquiry).
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never share your email with third parties for their marketing. We don't use your data to "score" or profile you beyond improving our services.
We use local browser storage to remember your currency preference (USD/Naira) and similar lightweight settings. We may use essential cookies for login sessions. We don't use invasive third-party ad trackers.
Payment processing is handled by reputable third-party processors. We never store your full card details on our servers. Payment records are kept only as long as required for accounting and refund purposes.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@earneditforex.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also close your account permanently from your dashboard.
We use HTTPS everywhere, hash passwords properly, and restrict internal access to personal data to the people who need it to operate the academy.
