By using this website or enrolling in any EarnediT Forex Academy ("EarnediT Forex", "we", "us") program, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
We provide educational content: courses, live webinars, recorded replays, market analysis and a community space. Content is provided for educational purposes only and is not financial advice (see our Risk Disclosure).
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person — don't share access to paid courses.
Programs are priced in USD, with an approximate Naira (₦) equivalent for Nigerian students based on a reference rate that may update. The final amount you pay is confirmed at checkout. Instalment plans, where offered, are set up at enrollment; if an instalment fails you may lose access until resolved.
Every program has a 7-day refund window. To request one, email hello@earneditforex.com within 7 days of purchase, before you've completed more than the first module. Mentorship places are limited and apply for fit — the initial fit call is free and refunds apply to unused sessions after the first call.
All course content, materials and branding belong to EarnediT Forex. You may use the materials for your personal learning only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our content — including recordings of live sessions — without written permission.
Our community is a respectful learning space. No harassment, spam, self-promotion of signal services, or unverified profit claims. We may remove accounts that break these rules without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnediT Forex is not liable for any trading losses, decisions or indirect damages arising from use of our content. You trade at your own risk.
We may update these terms; we'll notify you by email for significant changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
